ANY DISPUTE REGARDING THIS POLICY OR OUR HANDLING OF YOUR DATA IS SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE ORDINARY COURTS OF LE CANTON DE VAUD, SWITZERLAND WITH THE EXCEPTION OF AN APPEAL TO THE SWISS FEDERAL COURT.
